Proprietor, Karl Winchester graduated from UNLV with a
degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration and trained at
the National Cooking Institute at Denver. He and his wife,
Dori, have 45 years combined experience in the restaurant
industry which adds a level of pride and experience to
every plate they serve.
