Pools The pool and hot tub gates operate under a key lock system—All pools and hot tubs are open! Softball Field The soft ball field is open for use . Exercise Room The Exercise Room in the Sunserra Clubhouse is open for homeowner use. The access has been changed to the south Door and is now a Medeco lock. Keys are available for $20 from the HOA office or by calling Richard at 509-787-1017. The HOA has added a new set of adjustable hand weights for your use. There is a defibrillator located in the exercise room for emergencies. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Newsletter AREA SERVICES Boat Launch Information There is a public boat launch located at the Marina, just down Crescent Bar Road before the bridge on the left. Use of the launch is free, but there is a parking fee of $15.00 per day or $20.00 to park your vehicle overnight. Annual Parking Passes for Quincy Port District Residents Sunserra homeowners can purchase an annual day use pass from the campground office for $20, upon showing proof of ownership and vessel registration, allowing car and trailer parking during the day only at the launch area. Internet High speed wireless Internet is available at Sunserra from Aspeedynet or Spectrum Communications . If you are interested in this service, please contact: A Speedy net at (509) 667-2413. Spectrum Communications (509) 765-7773 Mail Left In Mailboxes The Quincy Post Office has expressed concern over mail left in boxes for long periods of time. They have stated that once a box becomes full, they will remove all mail and hold it at the Post Office. If the mail is not claimed within 30 days, it will be returned to sender. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boat Parking Boat parking is not permitted in front of garages or in the residential parking area. The HOA is now offering daily pay parking for boats next to the tennis court, the parking fee is $20 per day. Please contact Dennis Mittelstaedt at (509) 797-3831 if you would like to arrange for parking stall. There is no boat or trailer parking on site unless parked in a garage. There is parking and boat storage available at Crescent Bar Resort. Crescent Bar boat storage: Crescent Bar Resort has a new secure, gated, uncovered boat storage area near the boat launch. Storage prices: $450/year; $300/half year; $125/weekly. If you would like more information on this storage option, please contact Barbara at Crescent Bar Resort at (509) 787-1511. Garbage Dumpster Locations The trash compactor is next to garage G125 near the Maintenance yard entrance. It is the responsibility of the homeowner and their guests to bring garbage to this location. Sunserra does not offer a trash collection service. Please shut the compactor door after use to help control odor. Please do not leave trash bags setting out overnight as the wind and animals will quickly spread your trash throughout the site. Water Conservation Please notify Dennis Mittelstaedt, property manager, at (509) 797-3831 if your toilet is running. A leaking toilet valve can waste as much as 6,000 gallons of water a day and could potentially damage the septic system. As the property manager, Dennis can help you make any necessary adjustments to the valve. Thank you for doing your part to conserve water. Pet Waste We have installed pet waste receptacles around the site for your convenience. Please help to keep Sunserra clean by picking up after your pet. Grant County Noise Ordinance There have been some concerns about noise levels after 11pm. Please be considerate of all homeowners and try to keep noise levels down after 11pm. Grant County has a noise ordinance; the dispatch office states if it is loud enough to hear inside your neighbor’s house, it is too loud. For the safety of residents and their children, it is recommended that golf carts be driven by adults only.
